JEE Main 2026 – Counselling

• Candidates must register online for the JoSAA counselling using JEE Main
• Candidates need to select their preferred institutes and courses from the available options and more choices will increase admission chances.
• A mock allotment is provided for candidates to review and finalize their choices, followed by final locking.
• Seats are allotted in a series of rounds based on merit, preferences, category, and seat availability.
• Allotted candidates need to accept the seat and pay the acceptance fee.
• Candidates need to upload the required documents for online verification.
• After successful verification, candidates physically report to the allotted institute for completion of the admission process.
