The administration process of NEET 2025 is now handed over to NTA-National Testing Agency; the earlier NEET exam was administered by CBSE.

• NTA, after taking over the responsibilities of conducting the NEET exam, has made necessary changes to the NEET exam process.
• NEET 2025 will be conducted through pen–paper mode and not a computer-based online exam.
• According to a recent NEET update, students who didn’t apply for NEET 2025 can study MBBS abroad, and this relaxation is allowed only for this year.
• NTA decided to conduct the NEET exam twice a year, however, with opposition from the Ministry of Health, this resolution was scrapped for NEET 2025.
• The evaluation process of the Answer sheets follows psychometric and standardization techniques.
• A recent net update is, in the recent verdict passed by Supreme Court on September 26^th, the declaration is made that it is not obligatory to provide Aadhaar to register or appear for the NEET exam.
• NTA established free coaching centers for NEET, which helps rural and semi-urban students to get quality coaching, and helps them to compete with students pan India effectively.
• NTA is also providing free lectures of IIT professors and subject experts online.
• According to the Supreme Court verdict, people with low vision disability can pursue MBBS; however, the benchmark is not more than 40 percent of low vision disabilities.
• There is no change in fee, syllabus, and exam pattern in this NEET update.
