My experience was good as a new comer .The university is nice but the infrastructure is not so developed in some departments.Although the land area is above 600acres .The teachers of our department are very sincere and attentive and also probably other department teachers too.

Campus Facilities: Assam University have both boys and girls hostels and also it provide guest house for some students outside the state before the get their hostel rooms.The cafeteria food is good but don't expect too much.They provide buses for travelling, laboratories, library for all kinds of books , Bank etc inside the university campus .

Campus Life: There are usually many fests but G.S night celebration is damm also the concerts are good.It was my first time going to a concert I really enjoyed a lot.

Faculty: Our faculty is good and very attentive regarding classes, practical and exams .We have 2 tests before the final exam and the marks from the test also have role during the final results.

Placements: I am in 5th semester and the internships starts after 6th semester exams and it lasts for a month in which the students get the industry exposure.I do not a specific idea about the salary but it maybe around 4-6lakh annually.

Campus/Events:

Start Up Incubator: Yes ,I saw many internships opportunities and also many collaborations but I never participated.
