PES University Electronic City Campus offers a solid academic environment with a strong focus on academics. The campus is well-maintained and has a peaceful atmosphere that's great for studying. Classrooms are clean and equipped with good infrastructure, and the labs are well set up.

Campus Facilities: Classrooms are spacious, equipped with TV monitors in almost every classroom. The labs are particularly strong in branches like CSE, ECE, with updated equipment and helpful lab instructors. The library is a quiet space with a good collection of textbooks, reference materials, and access to digital resources. There's also a digital library section for online journals and e-learning. The Wi-Fi is generally reliable across the campus. There are seminar halls for guest lectures and events. Outdoor spaces and sports are limited, but the basic facilities for basketball and cricket are available. Hostels are available for both boys and girls, with shared rooms and attached bathrooms (for boys' hostel from the second year onwards). Rooms are clean, and each student is provided with a bed, study table, and cupboard. There are strict entry and exit timings, and the environment is safe and fairly disciplined. The mess food serves both vegetarian food and non-vegetarian food. The food quality is hygienic and good, though the taste of certain food items, like the paneer dishes, do get a little bit repetitive over time. Many students do rely on food delivery options for more variety. There are also several PGs and apartments within walking distance, offering more freedom and food variety, though they differ in cost and quality. The campus includes an on-site Union Bank branch along with an ATM, making banking convenient for students. UPI and card payments are widely accepted in and around the campus.

Campus Life: Campus life is more academic-focused compared to other universities, but that doesn't mean it's dull. There are several technical, cultural, and club-based events throughout the year. Student run clubs organize workshops, coding competitions, open mics, and hackathons, just to name a few. The main cultural fest, Maaya, is a lively three or two day event with music performances, dance, fashion shows, and food stalls. It's the biggest celebration on campus and brings out the fun side of the otherwise serious academic atmosphere. There are also tech fests providing exposure to innovation and industry trends.

Faculty: The faculty at PESU-EC is one of the strong points of the University. Most professors are well-qualified, with many holding PhDs or industry experience in their respective fields. In technical branches like Computer Science, ECE, the faculty is particularly experienced and capable of explaining concepts clearly, often connecting them to real-world applications. Many departments also invite guest lecturers form industry or academia for expert sessions.

Placements: Around 85-90 percent of eligible students got placed this year. Top recruiters included Microsoft, Meta, Apple, Google, Amazon, and many other companies. The highest package went to upwards of 65+ LPA, with the average package being 16 LPA. Internships are encouraged, during the 3rd and 4th years. Many students get summer internships through the campus, while some secured roles independently through LinkedIn or coding platforms like HackerRank, LeetCode and Github. Some departments also assist students in research internships under faculty mentorship. The strong PES alumni network and connections are helpful in getting referrals and guidance.

Campus/Events:

Start Up Incubator: PES EC hosts the CIE on its campus, designed to help students transform ideas into viable ventures. It supports ideation, prototyping, workshops, mentorship programs and even run semester-long entrepreneurship courses. Several startups incubated, funded or mentored: FOnd, Assert, SmartChakra ans Wellverse. Intel, Cisco and Microsoft actively partner with CIE for IDEATHONS, coding contests and bootcamps.
